A robust reliable high-performance inverter is essential, but an agile and efficient post-sales serves make all the difference to ensure the photovoltaic facility's maximum performance is attained at all times.

  • Start-up of the inverters carried out by our team of professionals
  • Preventive maintenance agreements: proper equipment monitoring optimizes inverter operations and prolongs their useful life
  • Corrective maintenance agreements: should an incident occur, it is essential to get it repaired as quickly as possible to prevent electricity generation losses. In order to make this possible, we enter into agreements with customers in keeping with their needs: response times, location of on-site spare parts, training courses, diagnoses, etc
  • Specific assistance: we are aware that our customers' priority is to resolve the problem and subsequently analyze its causes. Our experience with large plants since 1993 is crucial when diagnosing incidents, whether or not they are due to the inverter. That is why we make a team available to our customers to provide them with support and solve any incidents at the photovoltaic facility.
