The d.c./a.c. inverters of this series are designed for applications in Thermal, combined cycle, nuclear power plants, etc, for the generation of electric energy.

Its life time, over 20 years, its reliability, its toughness, its protections as well as its exigent design requirements as isolation transformers class H and class B in temperature, or the dimensioning of the power semiconductors and filter capacitors, are the main features of these products.

They include a two way static by-pass, with the possibility to commute with or without synchronism, electronic over current and short-circuit protection and mechanical by- pass for maintenance.

They are manufactures with several d.c. voltage ranges, in both single and three phase versions and of powers up to 2 x 400 KVA .

The units can be connected in parallel up to 8 units, with a current sharing circuit.
